The Society holds personal data, such as names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses in order to communicate with members and friends of the Society to inform them of meetings and other relevant information so they do not miss out on important information.
The personal data is stored in written form and electronically in a password protected computer system. All have the right to obtain the personal data the Society holds on them, by simply requesting these details in writing or by email. If you wish to make any changes just let us know.
For your privacy and protection we never share personal data with other organisations unless we have a legal obligation to do so.
